That's not exactly the type of comment I wanted to see while researching which editing service to choose...I hope they returned the revisions to you in a timely manner.

My thoughts exactly... I thought the revisions were guaranteed within 3 days?? I need mine done 100% by mid Feb.... can't risk it not happening.
